Ownership
What you own, what Clevoir keeps, and how sharing works.
Your game
As between you and Clevoir, Clevoir does not claim ownership of the AI output generated for you through the product, except where that output includes Clevoir's own content, third-party services, third-party assets, open-source components, or other materials with their own terms. The short version: the game you made is yours to keep, edit, and share, subject to those limits and to the Terms.
Generated visual art is cleared for you to use in the game. Do not paste other people's characters or brands into the prompt and expect that to become legal.
What Clevoir keeps
The studio, the agents, the hosting, the brand, and the infrastructure stay Clevoir's. A license to use the product is not ownership of Clevoir.
Sharing
Publishing puts a playable copy on play.clevoir.games. That is a public page. Take it down from Studio if you need it gone, and use Getting help for a privacy or takedown request.
